1) Scope

This policy applies to all orders placed on our online store (clays, oils, kits). It complements your statutory consumer rights (right of withdrawal, legal guarantees).

2) Right of withdrawal (EU customers) — 14 days

If you purchase remotely (online), you have 14 calendar days to change your mind, starting from the day after you receive your order.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision through an unambiguous statement (email recommended) or by using the model withdrawal form at the end of this page. Simply returning the parcel without prior notice is not sufficient.

You must then return the product(s) no later than 14 days after sending your withdrawal request.

If your order is delivered in multiple parcels, the 14-day period starts from the receipt of the last item.
If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

3) Return eligibility (hygiene & safety) and exchanges

For hygiene and health protection reasons, sealed cosmetic products that have been unsealed/opened after delivery cannot be returned.

In practice, a return is accepted only if:

• the product is new and unused,
• the pouch and/or seal is intact,
• the product is returned in its original packaging and in good condition.

Kits / bundles: if a kit includes multiple items, it must be returned complete. If any sealed item within the kit has been opened, the return may be refused for hygiene reasons.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item (another clay, size, etc.), please return the eligible product in accordance with this policy, then place a new order.

4) Return process

1. Contact us at contact@rochesetrituels.com with your order number, the product(s) concerned, the reason (optional), and if possible a photo.
2. We will provide the return address and instructions.
3. Send your parcel to:

5) Refunds

When the right of withdrawal is exercised within the deadline, we will refund all amounts paid, including the initial delivery costs (up to the cost of standard delivery). If you selected a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery, only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded.

• Timing: refunds are issued no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
• We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
• Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Return shipping costs: unless stated otherwise, return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Diminished value: you may be liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product(s).

6) Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@rochesetrituels.com with:

• your order number,
• photos of the product, the packaging, and the carrier label.

We will offer an appropriate solution (replacement, return, or refund).

7) Access to videos / digital content (QR code)

Our video rituals may be included with certain products (QR code on the pouch).
If digital content is sold separately and its performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period with your express consent, the right of withdrawal may not apply, as provided by law.

8) Legal guarantees (France / EU)

Independently of this commercial return policy, you benefit from statutory legal guarantees, including the legal guarantee of conformity: you have 2 years from delivery to take action.
